Scott McGarvey, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPCT – President
Scott has 20+ years’ experience in business and human resources. He is passionate about human resources, is a member of SHRM, and participates on the Boards of the Kentucky SHRM State Council and Northern Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.
Scott works with company leaders, safety directors, and HR professionals to develop and implement employee screening and substance abuse programs. In addition, Scott works with his staff to offer clinical lab testing and wellness programs. His business serves all size employers, with an emphasis on customizing programs to meet the needs of the workplace.
Scott is a Certified Professional Collector Trainer and his company is Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs by DATIA, the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association.
A native of Northern Kentucky, Scott graduated with a BA from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY and with an MBA from Thomas More College.
Treva utilizes her nearly 10 years’ experience as a seasoned Business Development Manager to help with the exciting growth of ARCpoint. Treva focuses her time on working with potential clients as well as continuing to build relationships with existing customers.
Treva is especially adept at working with the team to customize services and accommodate individual client needs. Her customer first attitude and interest in our clients’ success defines her as a key ARCpoint employee.
Treva is a native of Northern Kentucky and is active in different volunteer capacities. Her family focus makes her a good fit at ARCpoint.
Angel Alford, BSN, RN, CPC
Angel has 20 years’ experience in the nursing field and is licensed as a Registered Nurse in OH and KY. She has an extensive background in acute care at various hospitals and as a wellness contractor, working on-site wellness fairs for employers, including immunizations and biometric screenings.
Angel’s experience is extremely helpful in running our clinical and wellness initiatives. She is also a Certified Professional Collector for drug and alcohol testing and manages our on-site scheduling. Additionally, Angel exhibits tremendous patience in all situations, setting an example for the ARCpoint team and providing an excellent experience for corporate and individual clients.
Kim Grieme, CMA, CPT, CPC
Kim is a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Phlebotomist and utilizes these skills to perform blood draws and assist with physical exams. Kim is a trained DOT collector and Breath Alcohol Technician and a Certified Professional Collector by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association. Kim also performs many of these services on-site of employers, 24/7.
Kim is a friendly face and efficient clinician that cares when serving everyone that comes through our door. Kim also works hard to satisfy the needs of every corporate client, bringing them the reliability they have come to expect from ARCpoint.
Brian Swenk, MA, CPT, CPC
Brian joined us after spending 4 years on active duty in the U.S. ARMY. Brian’s role as a Healthcare Specialist/Combat Medic in the ARMY and his pursuit of a Nursing degree, make him a great fit. Brian provides additional depth at our facility, while continuing his education. Brian is a Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomist, and Certified Professional Collector through DATIA.
Brian is another great example of the type of person that makes ARCpoint stand out from the crowd. Brian is respectful and thorough with every client, while always constantly striving to learn more and improve his skills.
Chloe Newkirk, APRN
Chloe is a Certified Medical examiner under FMSCA regulations, and is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Chloe has 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a practicing nurse and educator.
Chloe graduated from Northern Kentucky University with both her BSN and MSN. She received her certificate as an Adult Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in 2009, and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Chloe has been a resident of Boone County for 20 years and considers it home.
Chloe had two sons, and two granddaughters. She enjoys reading, sewing, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Julie Hunter, MA, CPT, CPC
Julie is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT), who joined us after spending 20+ years as the lead Medical Assistant at a local physician’s practice. She has extensive phlebotomy experience and conducts our paramedical examinations at the clients’ or on premise of our facility.
Julie is a trained DOT collector and Breath Alcohol Technician and a Certified Professional Collector (CPC) by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association, who performs many of these services on-site of employers, 24/7.
Julie’s experience in handling all situations, provides much greater flexibility for our business operations. Her positive attitude and upbeat personality provide for great customer interactions.
Erica Adams, MA
Erica is the newest member of our team who has prior experience as both a Medical Assistant and a Phlebotomist in primary care, urgent care, and doing mobile collections. She is a trained DOT specimen collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Erica provides many on-site services to employers and judicial clients and provides mobile coverage for Northern Kentucky’s rural counties.
